The Susțin boxes give people a simple way to donate by card or phone, in a place they are already in: a café, a cinema, a shop or a cultural venue.
We customise the box for your cause and your identity, using 3D printing. We handle configuration, installation and support, and the beneficiary organisation receives the transfers and the donation report every month.
We want to bring the new boxes to more locations, together with organisations and companies that want to offer the public a giving point.
Colour, message and a shape that represents your project
The box is also a place where people find out what they can give to. We adapt the visual identity and the campaign message, and 3D printing lets us customise the housing and the presentation elements.
We start from your cause and from the place the device will stand in. Together we choose the customisation, so that the message is easy to understand and the box fits the space.

HOW PEOPLE GIVE
Three gestures, no app and no account
1The person sees the cause presented on the box.
2They choose one of the options shown on the screen.
3They tap a card or a phone with contactless payment enabled. The donation happens at the device, with no dedicated app to download and no account to create.

WHAT THE DEPLOYMENT INCLUDES
The device, the installation and the monthly reporting
The device configured for the campaign, the visual customisation and the on-site installation. Susțin monitors it remotely and handles support, maintenance and replacement in case of failure.
Every month the beneficiary organisation receives the transfer of the donations, under the agreed terms, together with the detailed transaction report and the corresponding bank statement. The team can thus follow what was collected through the device.
The box is provided as part of the service and remains the property of Susțin. The terms of the collaboration are set according to the deployment.
You can propose a campaign you want to raise donations for and a location where you have access to the public. We discuss the message, the customisation and how the box fits into the organisation’s work.
You have a space open to the public
A café, a bookshop, a cinema, a gallery or a shop can host a giving point. Together we choose the cause and the placement, so that the device is visible and easy to use.
You represent a company
You can contribute to deploying the boxes for an organisation, or propose hosting them in your own locations. We start from the project you want to support and settle the form your involvement takes.
From proposal to installation
STEP 1We discuss the cause and the location
You tell us what project you have, who it is for and where you would like the box to go.
STEP 2We prepare the right version
We settle the customisation, the requirements of the space and the terms of the collaboration, then configure the device.
STEP 3We install it and monitor how it works
After installation, Susțin provides technical support and the monthly reporting.
We can start with one location
Propose a place and a cause. We can discuss a first deployment, see how the device is used and decide the next steps together.

FROM THE KINDTAP EXPERIENCE
The pilot project we started from
The Susțin boxes continue the KindTap experience, the pilot project developed by Colorbitor with the support of Rompetrol, with HOSPICE Casa Speranței as its first beneficiary. Launched across the Rompetrol network in 2019, KindTap let customers donate contactless for palliative care.
From that experience we developed the new Susțin boxes: devices customised through 3D printing, which we want to deploy for more causes and locations, together with the installation, administration and reporting services.

An NGO, a venue that wants to host a box, or a company that wants to contribute to the installation. We start from the cause and the location and settle the collaboration together.
Can it be customised for our campaign?
Yes. We adapt the message and the visual identity, and for the physical customisation we use 3D printing. The specific version is settled during the preparation stage.
Who looks after the device after installation?
Susțin provides remote monitoring, support, maintenance and replacement in case of failure. The device remains the property of Susțin.
How do we receive the donations and the reporting?
Every month the beneficiary organisation receives the transfer under the agreed terms, the transaction report and the corresponding bank statement.
What are the terms of the collaboration?
We present the collaboration model after we discuss the cause, the location and the customisation. Write to us with a few details about the deployment you have in mind.
What does the customised housing look like?
3D printing lets us make the housing in the campaign’s colour, with the angled support for the presentation panel.See the versions made.
The housing is 3D-printed, in the colour chosen for the campaign. The shape and the message are settled during preparation, together with the organisation and the host venue.
